just play Blitz, 99% players there suck, so you can train easily

I would advice to learn it in Blitz rather than in a mission because of 2 things.

- People are harder to deal with than machines.
- It will give you some real battle conditions with more people and dangers to look at.


In Blitz you won't get blown to pieces in one shoot as you would in GB, giving you space to miss. It is a better environment to learn in my opinion.

If you learn to play in a mission, it doesn't mean you will succeed in Blitz or GB. If you get good in Blitz, you will succeed in Blitz and have better chances in GB.

I will try, may take some time to get use to it. My cousin always pickin on my with his boat and he couldnt handle manual aim at all. So i figured i can make the different later on.

yes play blitz, 90% of the cl and ca that own that room are playing with manual (NOTE: not saying 90% uses manual, perhaps 5-10% does it). You need to give yourself some more time to learn it. It's easy to master it.

Something that help me alot is configuring the keys myself. I had problems with the default settings. Press, in game, F10 and configure the way you think you will master it even faster.

You will see way better spread, specially in close combat on blitz you gonna love it. Not only mastering the keys takes time but you have to learn to anticipate the movement of your enemy and lower your angles on what you anticipate.

Give yourself time but mastering it makes you a better bb player. You also got a feeling you have more control of the ship. So go for it!

yah i agree they do need to fix that

just get 3 neutral sailors and practice with a neut FF or DD. Once you get the feel for the controls I found practicing manual by AAing helped alot.

i would rather go back as dd and practice manual in blitz, as dd your small than cl class and fast enough to dodge incoming fire and hope many will ignore you as you practice your manual aiming on them :D
