how many engineers and how many experts and veterans? The PBB, from what I can see, is quite hard to speed cap. TBH the only thing you can do (if your engineers are BVE) is level them up more. you might need to be lvl 80 to 90 depending on how good your crew is to cap that ship

Lvl up your engies and bve then , but later with 110 + crew your speed will drop to 42 OH

thx to this event they r fully veted and experted aswell with prem sailor on them i got 5 engies

well, I have 4 BVE lvl 85 engies and my IJN PBB only runs 42 knots when base on it's base speed of 27 knots means it should hit 46 knots OH.

so only thing you can do is level them up I'm afraid.

If you want to know when you'll cap, look up how OH cap is calculated in the post about True Ability formulas (it's somewhere on this forum but I'm too lazy to search for it for you XD)

From what I rember my dunk speed caped at 45/46 knots til you hit a certian wieght then it drops to 42 knots and should stay about that I was useing 3-5 lvl 90 +12 bve engineers.

I'm hitting the speed cap now with 6x lv76 BVE +12 Engys. 36/42 I think or 35/42. Still using 3 scouts and non ghosted with 49buldge and .2 deck
