Asama, Mog CL/CA, Moyoko, Yubari, Tsukuki, Dido, County, DDx, Timmerman, Atlanta/remods, Pensacola, Brooklyn, Baltimore, Cleveland, Omaha... I probobly forgot a couple.

those two are good at low lvls because KM AA gets good pretty quickly

those three are not very good at low lvls because MN and IJN AA gunners are slow at first and very inaccurate at low lvls
also, IJN DP gunners have to be delay classed (at least lvl 80 before you make them DP gunners) to make them good

the kitakami can also make a good AA ship because of its nice neat arrangement of T slots... however the crappy low lvl IJN AA rule still applies

pensacola is good but it eats up ammo fast
furious <----- only if you are richardphat and have insane pom poms on it
emerald <- UK AA is slow.. even with the QF or quick firing guns... but it hits hard so if you can hit something it wont take a second shot to kill it

The answer has already been replied, theres no "good" ijn or uk AA ships at his level. The brooklyn and oakland are his best choices.

Don't name ships he doesn't have access to.
