  • Long Seva guidlines with Engi as BO

I just noticed that if I use an engineer as BO on my Sevastopol the guide lines are rediculously long.

I compared engi and rep as BO (both elite, i.e. 0 pot ability) and the rep can't see the shells land, while with the engi the shells land half way up the lines.

I haven't noticed this with UK Dunk (which I've used extensively with all sorts of setups) or AD.

Anyone else got this or am I just .... lucky?

Engie always gave a retarted long guideline.
Either you completely kill your engie by trimming it, or grab a scout,seaman with potential left.

Is it only the Seva that does this, or are there other ships too? I know my Maryland doesn't have this problem.

Premium ships can use any sailor as a BO.

Best are sailors with Pot stat left and engineers. (Seamen, Scouts until around lvl 80)

hi

i just tried usin the eng as BO the sight got longer but the range i think that is the same ;(

am i doing somethin wrong

The range on any given gun is set. The Engie BO only increases the spotting distance and the length of the green guidelines.
