Since CVs no longer lose veterans when their aircraft is shot down i'd suggest replacing the medic with a engineer or repairman.

But if you want to cut down on the sailor loss then keep him around.

You need at least 6 pilots (a seaman or medic does NOT count).

All 12 sailors onboard MUST BE of that nation and of lvl 115+.

So, no.

KM medic can be use on IJN cv6/bb6.
US medic also can be use on UK cv6/bb6.

Only medic was shared to allied nation, not seamans.

You can only have one nation's sailors for BB6/CV6. I just tried this with my KM and IJN CV6; KM IJN BB6; US UK BB6.
Sure you can put the sailor on, but you cannot leave the harbour. It will say you can only have 1 nation's sailor on the ship. Its always been like this.

You can put whatever nation sailor you want on any BB5/CV5 and below, but not BB6/CV6.

Not true for medics.

IJN sailor tree has no medic, they share the KM medic. Which has already been stated.

It WILL leave the port with a KM medic that is lvl115 (although it is practically useless).

KM medic works for KM, IJN, and MN (mn goes both ways)
USN medic works for US, UK, and MN

USN medic is supposed to work for SN and KM is supposed to work for Italy (allied nations) but I do not know if it works as intended at this point.
