french ships i find that is effective to have aa on t slots

I have heard that it is easy to speed cap MN ships so wouldnt 6 engies be overkill?

my mn crew is experimental, got 7 engy, 4 rep, some +12 and some +11
4 gunners 2 bos :D

i can go with different ratio 5:3, 6:2, 4:4, with aa or with no aa
