New Orleans is a great ship when speed whored with torps.....lotsa fun to decimate nooby BBs

NO, Portland isnt bad, but its average in comparsion to other same-tiers US CAs. NO allows you speedwhore or armoured setups.

Portland is pretty good (its what i used) but NO is better. I just couldnt wait for a newer CA.

 

Its not like you are going to be in the ship for a long time anyways, it really doesnt matter unless you want to play it again with a high level crew.

i'd like to see those people torp rush in a gb in a pensa (doubt new orleans has the torp firepower).  i've only done/seen a few sucessful runs.  its pretty fun
