Honestly we should be allowed to, I mean some players actually have skills and dont use PHH and almost everyone just do not uses mines period.

the only thing i could see as trade back drop. is HQ expansion.. IF you have used all 10 already.

the rest you theoretically have a use for..

it is possible put hh or mines on a frigate sell the frigate = job done
