I've always wondered. Players like nyerkovic have moving pics instead of stationary emblems for their profile picture. How do I accomplish this?

It's a .GIF bro, just google GIF and then whatever you want so like 'GIF Boobies'.

Or if you have photoshop (not sure if GIMP can do it) you can also make them yourself as well.
