I'm currently at lvl 43 and its taking a while in the Vickers. Yes sometimes i feel like a boss in the Vickers cause I have 6 foward torps but I really want to get to the junsen and get out of the tin can . So which would be faster Simakaze or Vickers.

if you can access a gun boat it will be better for you as the attack you get is not shared. Even better would be an aa boat. HOwever i believe if you get a sima with guns in your R slots it will be fine.
