I know there Mr. Booms BB guide is up but i would like to know more about the kongo. A more detailed guide just for kongo.
Speed cap?
Best guns?
Armor setup?
Crew setup?
etc..

The standard crew fr IJN is 4 engies 4 repairers. You have 5 support slots so i guess you should go 2 engies 2 repairers and scout (and interchange them because you will need them on later BBs)You also should use the T slots to level AA gunners (class them as armory sailors and wait with classing as DP gunners till they reach at least level 62) because high level IJN AA is one of the best... you can place some HH or lesser guns there in the meantime.
