What are UK T3s capable of shooting down?

scouts, bombers, T1s, T2s, other T3s that don't have higher level pilots with better skills/vets on them.  maybe some T4s or Locals if you're lucky, or uber premium sailors with uber vets.

UK T3s are fine. You just need additional work for you to get the best out of them.

The real crap is the UK T4. Don't bother using it, really.

IJN T3s are pretty much identical to RN T3. The main differences are a slight increase in speed and fuel capacity.

Simply put... IJN can outrun you but won't outgun you (unless they have superior pilots).

With fighters speed is the ultimate advantage. Since the KM speed buff UK has always been the worst fighter.

Mai, you wound me. I prefer T4s when I see either your torpedo planes or your dive bombers. They make a fine snack. :)

If I used UK T3s with my current level of fighters (105-115), most planes would die with the exception of the German and Russian ones.
