i thought you might have added the option to REPLY to a support ticket.

we all know how much easier that would be to keep issues under controle.

what are you afraid of?

info way provided by the send in a reply??

your problem is long subject text
must typing short subject text no more error
i hope you must understand what i say

ex : subject : we all know how much easier that would be to keep issues under controle (X)
subject : we all know how much easier that (O)

BBR, once the ticket is labeled under Resolved you can't reply.
I think that is what the issue is all about in this thread.

exactly nyerkovic. they answer a ticket and ask you for more information on the matter, but they mark it resolved and you can not reply to it. even tho they ask for more info.
so you need to make a new support ticket and hope the same clown answers it so he has a idea of whats going on in the first place.

BBR_Ins i wouldnt exspect you would understand, ive noticed you on the forums already and you seem to be a bit distant from reality

Aust, BBR is trying to help. Those kind of answers are not good if we are having a conversation.

The Support Ticket system has your ticket history linked to it. If you send another Ticket with the same Title, mods can make the link and read the whole story. So just send another ticket if you need to do it.

If you need to reply to a ticket, what I do is I title it the same way, and put the user who answered my ticket in the title as well, I know its a little bit of a pain to do, but i think it wouldnt be answered any faster if there was a reply feature. That's the only suggestion I have if you are looking for a reply feature.

im sorry if in this day and age i could expect to reply to a support ticket asking for more information from me instead of filling out a whole new ticket.

you all obviously like to justify the hard way around to please your own way of doing it. the same mentality 99% of you muppets are happy with a shiny new forum instead of fixing the 5 million things wrong with this game.

OK you are looking for a way to re-open a ticket once closed rather than starting a new one ....

Within the current system a ticket can be responded to and left open for a response from the player,
I have used that and it works. Once closed its not possible to reopen it.

I am sorry that I wasn't able to understand what you were trying to say at first.
