I managed to put 6 PHH launchers and 10 bulge.
However i think i won't be able to do this once my pilots get to lvl 100.

The real Katsuragi in history is just using dd engine.
Maybe SDE wants us to taste the real condition of IJN near the end of the war
and encouraging us to run a dd engine on this ship.
