LotRO has such system.
it rewards all archivements with Turbine points... not a whole lot but as a higher level i could gather up a reasonable ammount over several days. (note archivements are one time only so there is a strict limit on how many you can earn).

Achievements:

Scouting is for CV (5 Olives)
Buy a BB6 and have never classed a sailor to rookie pilot

Timing, Timing, Timing (5 Olives)
Pop smoke but still get hit by dive bombers targeting you

T slots stand for Torpedeo slot (10 Olives)
Achieve a Torpedeo kill with a CA or BB

Flak Attack (10 olives)
Shoot down a squad of fighters that consist of 7 or more fighters

Premium Hurt Hogs (10 olives)
Sink a BB with Premium Hedge Hogs where you do more then half of its DP in damage to it

Real men ASW with ... (10 olives)
Sink a Tier 4 Sub with Depth Charges in a DD or CL

I thought it was a good idea... (5 olives)
Use Local Fighters as a CV
