I had 2 CV BOs and 1 BB BO.
I reset one of my CV BOs and went down the BB line takin g all the ships i didn't have on the first BB BO and ended up taking Yamato and Shinano.
This way i have a Kita Mogami Ise and Fuso availble. And i still have a BO close to De Grass.
So it has some sense if you originally went both CV lines with 2 BOs.
