To the game developers and all who care:

I have a question: why in English ship tree York has 189 space for main guns while County has only 146?
York was a lighter version of County class, but they had exactly the same armament: 203mm guns.
In fact, except for the calibre of guns, York was a light cruiser.

indeed, i feel like that too. but when i fired dual 8", the projectile is no where lol. its spread all side. have any solution on this one bro?and what is the best gun for T slot?torps or AA?

by ww2 all nations classify Heavy Cruisers are ships that have 8inch guns as primary armament or greater. Cruiser Killers and the German panzerschiffe (armoured ships) were an interesting design between heavy cruisers and true Battlecruisers. They had battleship sized guns but were even lighter armoured than the WW1 battlecruisers, so to a layman Cruiser Killers were essentially lightly armoured battle-cruisers.

rather have pompoms (aa gunners lvl 45) or non (put reps on tslot), the 8" dual don't have that great spread unlike its counterpart 8" trip, but the difference is the angle, if you know how to HA you can deal massive damage in blitz since most player more on belt that deck, i did get a 2k attack once with from high angling in the past, next the problem is the map that is use in blitz, cough cough the noobbit map

Yeah they do have pretty janky spread. The only solution I can offer is to BVE your gunners if they aren't already. Beyond that, level up. :\
