As a matter of fact, H39 deserve the spotlight for having worse spread. Followed by the Italian which is at least more useable...

I have a game in my H39: 177k attack. <---- Not bad, but my hit rate is 46%. So please tell me wether it's the spread or your aiming / playstyle?

P.S: I have to admitt that my spread got less on all my KM ships after the last update, I am not sure what they changed about my guns... But I rather have it changed the way it was. You should still be able to hit 40% + per game

If you get 43% on your H39, you could get then easily 70%+ on any other BB4 such as L1, Yammy, stalin...

As someone who has used the H39 quite extensively with both a good and not so up to snuff crew i can say for a fact it's guns are quite bad at level and till around level 115. 

After 115 the spread improves enough that you can do some critical damage to other ships quite easily if you hit them.  Since the H39 is horrendous in the damage and spread department early on even having it's long range doesn't always help.  

Although i have seen it do some seriously crazy criticals every now and again though, while it may be a bad ship for most of the time a player would grind through it at higher levels it can be fun but it still suffers from it's flaws of damage and spread inconsistencies.
