Its probably being overloaded with tickets. Keep trying, the system can only handle so many per minute....

It's an extreme problem that should have been looked at before putting this patch on. But, we all know SDE are terrible at patching.

It was looked at, and there was no other way of doing it. The changes to the BB6's were pressing. Everyone knows that in one of these patches, that ships get sold. You knew what the patch notes were. I don't get why everyone is so surprised.

Is it that hard to place 20 Million points on every account that had a BB6 on? I don't think so and it just creates further work/trouble for the GMs. Oh well, I just hope I get my 20 million before the HA.

I believe that the point, lj, is that when the ships were sold from the accounts, why didn't SDE make sure that every set of 50 mill credits AND 20 mill points had been replaced instead of just doing the credits?

Whoever is adding points back to the accounts...please make sure to double-check how many zeroes you are adding to the account.

I sent in my support ticket and it was answered quite promptly (thank you for that), but you gave me 8m credits.

I have 240m credits and 13m points. That doesn't help me very much.
