Ok after some 15 hours dealing with this I finally got the game to work...however your not gonna like this....

Method I used.....

unistal navyfield.
run a regedit and search for navyfield, sdenternet, unfuns...delete all files associated with this...PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DELETING.
next restart your pc....
Now I used the oldest version I had 1320 but may work with 1323 or 4 not sure....
reinstall, if you have 1320 awesome if not results may vary.
apply the 1323 manual patch.
load game...may crash first time, try again....

If you do not know what a regedit is, dont worry about it.
The shortest way to do is to uninstall, delete the leftover folder, reinstall, patch 1.323, then run updater and play.

I did this and it worked...and I have been complaining all day, side not really wish sde would get there stuff together and buy some new computers to test on.
