And have a crap crew ability wise? 1/3 of the shown ability on engies gunners, and reps?
I'm not even going to talk about the effect of the lack of crew growth on true ability.

It is probably the fastest way though. Perhaps we should add at this stage fast is not best.
Another way is to Power level a BO this way and buy a 120 crew or just buy an account, this is against NF rules and obviously doesn't happen ever so whilst I put it here you can not do it.
