  • Weird guns - shiny pics

Help me ID these guns.
All of them were taken from the test server SPR folder, using SPRing0.5.1

First the weird stuff:

 1. Removed. UK U flak gun
2.  This one says 37mm flak, another sub gun? I checked and it is NOT the km sub guns for VIIA and VIIC.

3.   There is little question here, this is the 12" single mounted on the UK SS5.

4.   another sub gun?

5.  more sub guns?

6. another sub gun?

7.   some kind of flak turret?

8.  The twin 8" guns on the Surcouf, MN SS5.

9. A UK aa rocket, fired mines on a wire that would tangle in airplanes. removed long ago.

10.Looks like a KM single BB gun.

11.Smaller KM single

12. small US single?
13. large US single
14.soviet single? french?

15.another UK single? file name says ITEM. I checked and this is NOT the current UK 18"

16.Somers gun that was not implemented.... it should be implemented =D

17. UK dual 16? 
18. Removed. Guns for KM Prem AA
19. Removed. guns for KM PCA
20.Removed. guns for KM PBB
21.Removed. guns for KM PBB
22.Removed. MN 13.40"
23.Removed. SN 12" trip.
24.Vittorio Veneto main guns.
25.Possibly a poorly drawn attempt at the italian 15" 1914? or something else?
26.unknown, i checked its NOT the soviet guns.
27. unknown
28.possibly the 15" model 1914? im not sure.
29.probably the italian 12" model 1909
30.unknown
31. seems like italian 8" model 1927/1929
32.appears to be the italian 8" model 1924
33.a duplicate?
34.Appears to be the 6" model 1934/1936 main guns on the giuseppe garibaldi?
35. appears to be the 6" model 1934/1936 main guns on giuseppi garibaldi(the two upper turrets were twins and lower were triples, like nevada.
36.Unknown. Not soviet.
37.looks like a larger version of the 4.7" model 1933
38.unknown
39.Italian 120 MM 4.7" model 1933
40.Removed. Mikasa guns
41.Removed. US/SN Seva gun.

2. 3.7 cm/L83 (1.5") SK C/30 for KM SS.
9. AA rocket for UK, apparently very bugged so it was taken out.
10.-13. National single guns that were never used as far as I know.
14. Seems to be the Italian 12"/40 (30.5 cm) gun used on the Regina Elena pre-dreadnaughts
15. UK 18" single
16. 5"/38 (12.7 cm) in Twin Enclosed Base Ring Mounts for the Somers DD
17.-21. PBB AD guns
22. MN 12" guns (or the 13.4"s, cant remember)
23. Soviet BB4 12" guns.
24. Italian 381 mm/50 (15") Model 1934 used on the Vittorio Veneto class BBs.
25.-29. Italian BB-DD guns.
40. Mikasa guns
41. Sevastopol PBB guns

That's all I know.

26 and 33 are FF guns.

#1 SS5 weapon and ship sprites are already installed. That I'm pretty sure is the KM SS5 gun.
#7 is suppose to be I believe 40 MM AA guns, at some point AAW guns were suppose to also be changable between 20MM and 40MM and ect. guns.
#9 as said before is a bugged UK AA Rocket. I don't remember it for some reason but I know I've seen it before
#10 is a 14.96" KM Single, can't remember it being used.
#11 is a CA single. Don't know the Caliber. Was used in Korea Server Beta.
#12 is a removed from game US 14" 45 Cal Single, During Part of Korea Server Beta, Its funny when you replace the US 14" Trip and Dual sprite with this.
#13 is a removed from game US 16" (Or 18" can't remember) 50 Cal Single, During Part of Korea Server Beta, Its funny when you replace the Iowa/Monty gun sprite with this.
#15 is a UK 15" single that I don't really know but I'm pretty sure was an early gun, removed, for the Furious when it was originally tested.



Keep looking around there is a US 12" Single if I remember right as well.
There is also US MIssle Launchers for the Iowa as well in the sprite folder (<--- LOL)
...That being said there is no 1980's remod Iowa Sprite in there unless you ask CompassGhost. (I believe him anyway can't remember and too lazy to look around in the Archive.

It does say FF. but is that really saying FF or is that just four square extrusions on top? and what does the FF mean? free french?


Also where is this "iowa missile launcher" ? is it just a battle sprite? or harbor sprites too? what about the sprite when you mouse over? aka the one i have here for these guns?

The Iowa Missile Launcher is in a separate sprite from the rest of the weapons, harbor only though, no battle sprite :/

And i wish my UP launchers were reimplemented. Even if it caused self damage. :)
