Using PHH? You sure got plenty from the event. What will you do after you run out of PHH?
Use normal HH? Well good luck. It will ruin you in a couple of days.
Or you will move on to Hipper or even Deutschalnd? With auto aiming?
Auto aiming is only good if you want play CV.. You cannot succeed on BB with auto!

Take it as an advice my hipster friend. Players don't use manual aiming because it is mainstream. They use manual because it's much better.

And btw. Its not Emden what is broken. Its auto aiming itself.
I once tried using HH on my SN CV1...
The guidelines were just circling around my ship without any chance to aim.

It is like driving a car with auto or manual transmission.

Look at the firing arcs of the guns in the shipyard. On several ships, especially ships with R slots off to the Side of the ship, the guns WILL NOT nor SHOULD NOT be able to turn the full 180+ degrees that frontal and rear guns are able to. It's not an issue that will be fixed. It was placed into the game for, a slightly more "realistic" feel and balance.
Manual FCS fixes having your guns not turn past the boundaries, however, they WILL NOT fire beyond their firing arc.

so you have two choices:
1. get used to the fact that you will have guns facing awkward directions and quit whining.
2. learn to use manual and not have that problem and quit whining.
