Can a legend sailor be classed as a BO? I classed him to a nation but BO is not highligted when I go to class a type of sailor. If there are restrictions as to what they can be classed as it would be nice to know.

True, but not an outstanding one. It'll be very expensive to overvet him...



Does it not receive 30%-30%??

And it doesnt really need more, in most cases if im honest.

Hello all.
If see bicerful will see in legent sailor stats he are a base 12 suport sailor no same with elite suport sailors who have 13 in suport .
So...!!  one more bad choice fron Navy field fabrica .

Maybe that would help your communication?

Seriously, the legend sailor makes for a very good engineer (better than an elite one), so you're wrong calling this an SDE fail. The only thing that isn't so good about him (compared to the lvl 90 neut) is that he comes without any vets and experts.

That's precisely why I said he is better than an elite engy (that only has +9 repair). Sorry for not having spelled that out in detail...

Thats if you are looking for potential as a BO. +10 when boosted is fine. The repair stat of +12 is decent (not as good as Elite rep BO or Hero BO), but certainly a hell of a lot less effort to level up.

Absolutely true what you say, lj, but well, the legend sailor apparently can't be classed BO at all. And yeah, Aulo_Clausio doesn't have a clue...
