Found a solution, download a vpn (in mi case ProtonVPN, free for 7 days) connect to HongKong or USA server, delete the gameguard folder at navyfield folder. Run the game with the VPN activated. 
Gameguard will update and the game will work. After that you can unistall or disconnect the VPN and play the game normally.

In my case, i was getting blackscreen because i set the NF launchers with windows XP compatibility, i unchecked that and works fine.

VPN solution works fine, thanks!!!!!

use a vpn program in usa or hong kong update gameguard the screen remains black until it loads and voila then it works normal
