but on topic its easy to net 100mil by leveling sailors to half or around 80 and sell off. I used to do that but I'm not that into the game any more. As for over priced junk on trade, this game is full of greedy (fill in the blank)'s. I like the ones who type in "gift price" "base 12 nice sailor for the price" and its junk their selling like base 8 crap lol... Welcome to the new nf of scamming.

With prem account you can level 1-50 or 60 in 1-2 days(depends on how much u play a day) if you have basic understanding of sailor vs ship levels. it also help to have prem ships. I used seva to lvl sailors on once they hit 50ies. I only play few hours here and there.
My advice is level your own sailors and don't buy other peoples junk, that way you know what you have and the credits you make go in your ships etc. Work on 1 ship line at a time, when i started i worked on 3 and that was a pain.
P.S: every one gets 100% exp now with out prem account, back when i lvled for money i done so without prem and be for the 100% crap come into play. In short its to easy to level today with out prem.
