Here's mine, one of the least chaotic desktop according to my friend.

I really hope that you're not running Windows98. If you really are, you're the only person that I know of that actually does run Win98; and on that, I must applaud you on keeping that computer running for this long.

I use Fences to hide/organize my icons. You can make groups of icons that you can drag around together.

Double click and it all goes away.
