Did you also realise that you can SEND A SUPPORT TICKET. You quoted the solution yourself. Just whining like a girl. Before these big patches I always remove all armour because of this, please tell me you haven't learnt this by now? I made a number of posts warning people of this.

Anywho, Yes Lukas, a support ticket can be sent, BUT my point is, with the BB6 points issue flooding the support tickets section already, don't you think having to send ANOTHER support ticket is a bit ridiculous just because SDE failed to include the ninja sub-torp damage nerf (explanation as to why SS4s were sold) in the patch notes as well as whatever reason they had for having to return the original 4 nations EBBs back to the item list?

I'm not concerned about the small amount of credits I lost from the bulge/armament on my EBB, my concern is the fact that SDE failed to warn players that classes such as the SS4 and EBBs were also going to be affected by this patch and therefore should be disarmed/unarmored and sold back as well. The lack of respect for the player base is my problem here.

Yes, we all know that there is a major lack of respect already, but they should at least have the decency to tell players EVERY type/nation/class of ship that is going to be affected by a patch. This way the players can log in and take care of this themselves to help REDUCE the amount of support tickets needed to be submitted.
