I have no claim to desync in the 1st and 2nd battles in the harbor. This is an old mistake of the game, this happens ... But I have exact confirmation that in the intermediate battles APA several times seized the room outside southern border of the map. We have no doubt that the assholes from Omegas did this.

Also, in 3rd battle in the harbor with CV6 Khinox, skytrains were launched outside the northern border of the map, I personally saw and heard them when they returned to the map on A1. CV itself was on J1, I attached the screenshot in another topic.

 

Chilie fleet are scammers and exploit users.

I play in the harbor, almost always, and you can also meet me in GB at least 1 time per week. Diplomacy does not stop me from playing.

73 people from RA will consider the matter with your wish "being removed once and for all." But I suppose that their opinion will be approximately as follows: "remove yourself, because you are a are a useless asshole and do not know how to play without using an exploit."

 

From the screenshots, videos, and what people are saying in our forum, what you said is correct and fine UNTIL one of your cv sent skytrain out of the border in the 3rd harbor tile battle.  Desyn is something we all need to live with but to intentionally send the skytrain out of the border to avoid fighters, this is an exploit.  If you are in the Chili fleet leadership, please look into that. 

Also, in our forum, people are saying APA was sent out of the south border in D1 battle.  See the video posted by bestochill (1st battle around 11 min that game lost because of that).

We should all stop players who intentionally use bugs and exploits.  When there is evidence, warn them and kick them out of the fleet if needed.  Or, the fleet will be labeled as cheating.  Players will start to leave. 

By your logic, it is ok to use bugs and exploits because they are not fixed.  Ok.  I get it.  But that is only you. 

I complain about people using bugs and exploits because I want to make this game fun and fair for all players.  As a community, we decide what we want this game to be.  Alhough GM will not fix these bugs nor ban players who use these bugs, we as fleets playing HA battles can police our own fleet members.  When all fleets stop and ban players who use bugs and exploits, these bugs and exploits will cease to affect gameplay (= bugs being fixed). 

Sid, i have never told that using bugs is alright. I have never used those. I only told, that bugusing WILL NOT stop because there will always be some people who want exploit the gameplay. Some bad things will not change because such is life and such are people. And you can do nothing about that. You can only enter some restrictions in your own fleet. But i think it won't help much. You only have to wait until bugs are fixed.
You can tell your RA fleetmate (since his secondary account is in your fleet) that in his incredible act of ignorance forgot that even if i would want to use any of those HA bugs i'm not able to use those HA bugs because i'm not in any fleet anymore. And i stated that before.
