  • Blitz to lvl 75

Arrgh
I believe this should be done for several reasons:

#1 low lvl cvs wind up being flagship.. some people see this as a problem, and these low lvl cvs get flamed often.

#2 Locals should not be allowed in GB2

#3 BB1-2 players might actually engoy the game a little more

#4 having higher tier ships in blitz will not only help lvling go a bit faster, it will give newer players more time to develope  strategies more suited for GB1-2

this tread surely makes me cry lets put it like this : everyone u see in a gb2 that has not bought their accounts has leveled trough the same thing you have and so why do u then want the ability to skip that ? its not the problem of gb2's its the problem as mentioned here with blitz as in torps on bbs and cl guns etc and silly settups and rush and never use range etc etc in other words the default map of blitz = ruins what blitz should teach insted

I own most blitz BBs with CL1...skilled BB player go to GB as soon as they can. HAW atlanta especially is quite adept at owning them.

For one a AW KGV could beat a SNBB2,Fuso,PBBs so could any good full BVE crew or a good player
and lets not for get the TWs out there but in all realness the kgv would beat most due to the ability of a 20"+ belt if some one wanted to.

I recommend this because in GB2 usually BB2's and BB1's cant get nothing for attack or experience. But thats usually on the player. But they shud bump up the lvl on Blitz to 75 as it says in the topic.

This will give them a chance to get EXP and Attack alot more better.

Its kind of like this.

A Mixed Blitz Kreig from DD to BB2/PBB if u have 1. I would find it possibly fair. if at least there is 1 BB2 on each team.

CV drivers/ this gives a chance for u to take down scouts/ftrs/bombers even at lvl 70 :D.

But agian i recommend and we shall have it to lvl 75.

I loled.

Not even bothering to explain why. Figure out the epic fail of what you said yourself. One clue: where do shells normally hit in BB vs BB fight?

Ignore that fact, and look at AP + Speed. 42 Knot Fuso + ability to 1 shot bb4s + AP. Show me the KGV (using DECK armor and not Belt... belt just makes it even easier) that walks away from that one. People... Armor is not a substitute for skill, only evens the playing field between those players already in that category.

Who posting in here has played through the progression of Blitz, GB1, GB2 and normal rooms. Of those how many have truely viewed the changes in play style and effects on the game and player base. Even when gunners didn't get xp unless you got attack, I saw less players with bb4 and wrong guns than I do now. I saw more CVs dragging their fighters at lower levels. I saw more BBs that didn't just spam FFFFFFF but rather scout for the team, find a blind spot and make a move.

BBs/CVs got introduced to blitz, xp for gunners was added even for zero attack. Torping BBs became a plague, ending games without firing a salvo, and walking out with 0 or little attack. Scoutless BBs became more noticable because they never needed them in blitz they could see the map. Before when you got into a GB, one of the first things you noticed was hell you don't see half the team, or even to the end of your guidelines. BBs began decking out belt armor and deck to try to stop smaller ships from sinking them, only to get to GB2 and find out it does virtually nothing for them (search through the forums for some of the posts its rediculous... most recently, how to armor NC like an L2).

Hobbit war has just taken the previous two and run them to the extreme. Range is regarded as useless now, and more players comming to GB2 and complaining that they can't do anything... your playing a different game mode/style. Blitz tactics do not work in GB2 (particularly after Hobbit wars came out). Learning is not done in blitz, and for those trying they're learning terrible playstyles. How you play in blitz will rarely (I say rarely as those who apply methods learned from fleetmates or prior experience in GB or lessons from the forums) may be able to apply that to FL, HA and GB. Hell compare it to me and golf. When I was 11/12 I was taught terrible habits in learning to play golf. 8-10 Years later I was just finally starting to get away from them all.

GB1 will not become a use room again down the road. People have one desire and one desire alone, quickest rewards for smallest amount of time. GB1 gives less exp and people will play GB2. You say all these people on here want this new mode for competition. Keep the room exp system the way it is, and give it to them. I would wager a lot of money that when they realize they still get more exp in GB2 you'll have the same situation as the current GB1/2 situation. If I thought otherwise I'd see a hell of a lot more BB rooms.
