Haha, sent in my support ticket, I bought one of my BB6s back already, which they refused to give me points for. They also put the points on the wrong server, despite me specifically stating which servers I needed what points on... Great job.

I put my request in for 60m points last thing at night - and I when I check in the morning its been done.

Cant really complain with that.

I already have 38+ mil point in my account.
After they gave 40mil back (for 2 BB6), i have 42mil in total LOL

Wouldn't it have been better to send in two tickets? One for each server and then stating what you want? Might have been a bit easier for the GM to understand.
