The 4th falls on a Monday this year.

It's a big holiday and people will travel or celebrate it the whole weekend even though it's on Monday.

Because all Harbours are owned by MO Fleets. Where is the competition? I'd gladly give 8 mill to let fleets declare, especially on NY.

Agreed totally. Hoping either a) the 2 harbour rule comes back or b) the times are good for America and Europe. London is the easiest time, especially with the 1 harbour rule there is no point in spreading out the times this much.
