So much for the "extensive and in-depth" review of the applicants... I see 2 big problems with the new monitors and 1 with a reinstatement.

IIRC when I was in TNF, GMs made the decisions and with a little bit of input from mods they made possible picks.

Meh glad I'm not on Nebraska. There is no reason to always pick a boat load of applicants for TNF spots... If they don't qualify then don't recruit any and look for another batch...

It seems more like throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks... So when this blows up GMs get the fault for being bad at picking the right people and mods should get blamed for bad input right? lol.
