A fleet loses more then it gains from having a harbour? Are you drunk? A fleets gains taxes, rentals and free repairs on BB/CV6. Please, tell me and everyone else exactly what a fleet loses from gaining a harbour.
This though the option to hold more then 1 harbor should be open. No fleet will want to hold all harbors for an extended period of time anyway unless they really are full of no lifers willing to sit through potentially 4 harbor assaults in one day.
We would try, just to see if we could take all 4.....
great idea. but they still havent decided on if they should open 2 harbors for 1 fleet.

Spending in defense and research sometimes not be covered by taxes. And no one can guarantee that the investment is lost in one attack because of a bug.
The benefits of free repairs do not have great influence on most players except those with lvl BB6 or CV6.
Fleet occupant´s players should have an increase in experience or credits (related to time to keep the port) to make it more tempting.

alot of credits thats what, rentals are so expensive only a 3rd of the fleet can even afford them, after putting 2 mil a day into the harbor you be lucky to gain 3/10 of it back, so the only real gains is free repair, who needs the helmet now? im sure for nebby server you might make money off it, on kaiser you dont, you spend a hell of alot more then you reward from, but we have no issue with it, the fun is doing HAs not what we can profit from it

T1/2/3 Rentals are fantastic and are worth the expensive price tags. You use them if you have the credits, if not then you don't need them. You can make a ton of money on either server if we could control taxes. Free Repair is a godsend. Not having to spend 80k~ everytime you SINK is fantastic. Putting in 2 mill a day into a harbour you have to defend and if you lose it your not lucky? No, it means the fleet defending did a piss poor job.

dont think anyone complained about the rentals, this issue was what was gained? and gained is free repair thats really all, every fleet that wants rentals has to deposit credits into the harbor 2 mil a day, reguardless of how long you have had it, unless your at bb5 rentals already, then there is no point in investing after that I do 100% agree not having to pay a repair cost for my QV is fantastic, but not everyone in the fleet has UK, I have other lines I am lvling so my fun with QV is limited so I can lvl my SN line, sure be nice to have that SN harbor opened, hint, hint we enjoy just doing them and kaiser is doing pretty good with HAs we have been attacked 3 weeks in a row, and had alot of fun, last one for sure, im not really sure whats going on, on nebby server, you guys should have HAs every week, I mean you merged the 2 most populated servers, and your telling me NY and nelson have a more commited HA attendance fleets? or is that the fleets who own them none of you can beat, sounds like some ppl need to get to work, and start helping themselves
