SN BB4 is NOT outranged by yammy... I suggest you have a look on the testserver before making comments like this. This is more damaging to credibility than anything else.

As far, as I know, SDE didn't tell us they would ninja range change, which turns out to be an unexpected solution.
3-4 days ago, there was no patch regarding the range change on the test server, either.
