Well, china does have the man power and 4 super drydocks to build carriers. Im thinking 2020s-2040s is when we will see one or two modern carriers by them.

somewhat, hence no one else has a navy to respond, I think japan will have a lot to say about that, and sence japan has an aggression pack witht the US, china would be fools to force the issue like I said an old washed up CV wont make china a huge pacific threat, if they start building more modern CVs, they could very well turn the attention to them 10 fold, but just remember every threat is met with same or more resolve ask japan
