Dj, ships should NOT be balanced so that a bad player in one ship has equal chanses of winning against a good plyaer in a bad ship.
Its just wrong. I dont consider myself as a bad player and i dont have any problems facing POWs, L1s and L2s in my H44, armored or not.
I am only telling obvious things that im noticing ingame.
These are:
1. lvl 110 guns for H44 are unusable (as i heard pretty much all lvl 110 guns are broken, not just the KM ones)
This needs fixing.
2. QV is OP as a whole and kaiser underpowered (dont know for amagi, as not many use it).
Kaizer doesnt need to be rebuilt from 0, but it needs to inflict the damage its shells are designated to inflict and not bounce from 4 turret vannys. Also remove shotgun spread from kaiser as its intolerable at lvl 120.
