If you aren't clear, that is what I have been doing. Polls on the website have been put up.
Its up to people to vote.

However, on the day, that is impractical.

@ LJ before you implement changes of rules..

u must ask each fleet CO so you don't be the one to be blame... at least they all
agree...

if you ask like rehor suggestion.. dont do that! he is Fleet less FOREVER no one cares
on him lol peace rehor... we love you man being fleet less all the time...

like for example:
the manager must ask the costumer first before they implementing rules that
against with their costumer ... if costumer's agree, then time to change and follow
the costumers needs...

manager = LJ
costumer = Fleet master(s)

just a suggestion...

I don't remember what I said to you then, but what I do remember is you don't have an
app here:-

I am not going to say the rules will not change, because they can. If something comes
up which is ruining the point of the tournament, then we can and will do something
about it.

Hopefully, nothing comes up this time. Already a few fleet leaders have PM'ed me with
possibilities; Some allowed, some have been deemed not allowed and rules have been
updated. I suggest you do the same (these PM's remaining confidential of course).

like i said, make a statement that rules won't be changed after "7 days to tournament"
deadline, then all will be happy, more participants and so on :)

oh and i applied for a referee, remember what u replied me back then? :)

"most of the judges had jedi's "origin", strange that they voted yes...

and btw, decisions shouldnt be supported by refferees but should be supported BY THE
FLEETS WHICH PARTICIPATED, i didnt saw full support from them either. yep those rules
hurt jedi's also, that's true, jedi's didnt use SN CA like MG, and those rules forbid to use
them, yea by hurting u mean feelings?"

>>> Jedi did use SN CA's. On top of that, 4 referee's were from TNF, 1 was from exiles, 1
was from Regalia, 2 from TTF, and 3 from Jedi, one from New York Server, one from Black
Sun. Probably a few I have missed. The council is made up of Dampre (who has quit NF
and needs replacing), Pathfinder (TNF), myself (Jedi), Josephlittle (Regalia), Rehor (No
fleet)

--------------------------------------------------------

every1 knows that changing rules in the middle of tournament is lame and extremely
annoying, if u saw that MGs were OPed, u should change rules BEFORE beginning of the
tournament. then it was like changing rules i.e. finals of champion's league when some1
would ban from barca - MU match messi and their goalkeeper or some1, sure they can
be changed but won't be the same match, same tactic or same quality

>>> Banning a ship type is nothing like banning a player, don't come up with poor
comparisons. The SN CA was overpowered and was ruining games. I did not want ships
with PCA power in that tournament. PCA's were banned for that same reason. The change
affected everyone of the Semifinalists, apart from AH. It affected everyone in the same
way.

"just asked about it, maybe implement rule about not changing game rules in the middle
of the tournament and all fleets should be happy :)"

>>> Maybe you should have helped test the rules beforehand, and maybe you should
have asked about the SN CA situation.

--------------------------------------------------------

And again, if you want to complain about that, go on the ONF.com site and use the
complaints section. Not here. I don't want to have to get this thread cleaned again. I am
here providing fair and balanced events, if you think you can do a better job, feel free to
apply to be a referee and lets see how you do.

"if u saw that MGs were OPed, u should change rules BEFORE beginning of the

I didnt see you signing up for the test battle to check rules.

And This is not the place to discuss this, take it to the ONF board, and before that read
thought the 100000000 pages of likeminded people who fail to understand facts.

Make a list of the referees that participated in that event and prove that they were
influenced by Jedi. For all the claims that the w1sh account wishes to make, I see very
little evidence, have you even looked at the list of referees?

As for the MG, we used 1 in the first round and were going to use 2 in the second vs PMW,
so of course the changes didn't affect us in any way. Again, you seem to know nothing
about what happened...

"@splid

I think that more important is if change in rules during tournament are SUPPORTED by
ALL the FLEETS, I think supporting by all referees is not enough..."

No.

@Sk Bismarck

If all the referee's deem that something is horribly overpowered and ruining games, the
rules can and will be adjusted accordingly. Sovereign did the same.

I did ask for fleets to help me test the DD/CL/CA ruleset, but no-one actually wanted to do it,
so until I get fleets wanting to do that, there will be on the fly rule changes.

@Wish

The rule change was nothing to do with Jedi, it hurt them just the same as anyone else. If I
wanted PCA powered ships, I would have allowed them.
