  • Avatar Content - Where to draw the line?

Hey,

Just thought i'd quickly discuss, where is the community 'drawing the line' in their Avatars ? From this i mean what is the point where the content is deemed 'Unsuitable' for on a site where there seems to be a lot of little kids (ah, probably horribly mistaken here :P )?

On other games forums, when this has gone unchecked and undecided most members basically ended up using their avatar for soft porno, so i was just wondering whether this will happen here, or whether we will actually have some decisions made on what is 'not suitable' for avatars.

If you support the idea of limiting the content please recommend on :

http://www.navyfield.com/board/view.asp?Num=1075&Sort=D08&Order=re_upday&PageSize=20&Page=1

This way we can have the idea highlighted a bit more prominentely.

There must be limits on the content of the avatars We don't want to display that image on NF that will make us look bad,i have noticed a few other players with pics of woman either naked or partialy dressed. You would expect that the more older you get the more mature...well its kinda easy to see thats not true. This cannot continue!

but it needs to be changed not right to be in a forum that is opent to the public and does not have the a warning saying anything about bad content....

I agree, there should be a limit. My ten year old son sometimes watchs me play on the computer and I can't go to sites that have questionable stuff. I do no feel that NF should be one of those sites.
