Do you value credits over crew? Lets say someone has very few credits (under 20million)
but owns 5 whole bb6/cv6 crews with their ships. Surely he is also rich.

I would have to agree once an account is banned I dont think SDE removes the money, but I
think its better to rephrase the question to WHO is the richest NON-banned player.
