War5pite

Just added to the test server!

Not alot in detail yet but soo far quite concerning in the potential for how bad this could go wrong, anyways heres some screenshots.

All the available items

And I guess the means to bolt them to your ship

All we know is they are Olive funded items and have a duration of 3 days.

Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

How do you know this?  How is a small *temporary* ship boost any different than sailor boost (which is permanant) in advantage?  And if sailor boosts are ok in gameplay then why not ship boosts?

Just curious.

Although spending money on this game gives you a small advantage, one of the great strengths of this game was that those without big wallets could still compete with those that  do. When this is implemented that goes out the window.

Sure they'll be a loss but not enough to remove P2W.

Even with these advantages, it still won't be that hard to trash retards. Just saying.

Please excuse me Vick, I really dont want to disturb you. Please excuse.

Sir, Navyfield is very laggy for me today..

Oh, I know that the problem is sitting behind the keyboard as usual. And i really should blame my PC and internet provider, I know.

I am also sure that slightly improvements have been made.

So please excuse again for disturbing you and stealing your time.

Sailor abilities are capped by both ability caps and the ship they are in. So theoretically, a free player can be competitive with a paying player. The paying payer just hits the caps earlier, and may have a bit of extra OH, which isn't game breaking. These remove or reduce those caps, and are in-accesible by players who can't buy them. With the right combo of tuning items, some ships will be near unstoppable.

The usual response on "We want a constructive dialogue.  Please tell us why you think this won't work."

If you need help working out why this is a stupid idea, then for the love of God Vick, you just did something you should never do.  (Tropic Thunder for those of you wondering for the reference I was making)

But then again, its a simple, resonable and logical set of reasons why this is the worst idea this game has ever seen.  Those 3 things were never in your vocabulary anyway.  Too many people have put time into trying to make this game better and all you do is sit on your throne lauding it over a dying game.

The day this game goes down, it won't be Jedi that is responsible, it won't be Regalia or Black Sun or even GRN (though I am sure Shepherd would love the credit for killing off NF).  It will be TNF and SDE dancing hand in hand into the sunset.
