Nexon has now officially launched it's North American website, marking the official beginning of the NavyFIELD II American Community! It's been my pleasure to update all of you on the progress of NavyFIELD II's release, and please, if you enjoyed NavyFIELD, give NavyFIELD II a chance, and try it out for yourself.

I must be the only person that thinks this looks total rubbish! There are a number of PC Battleship games already on the market that shame this graphically.

Why bother remaking the NF game if you are not improving it? These graphics look old and outdated even in 2009!

Look at the wake behind the ships! Pathetic!
Look at the ocean V the ships! Just fail.
Look at the actual ship graphics.. Not much better than current NF.

I was hoping for a game that would capture the titanic power of the battleships, the rolling ocean, the tropical storms, the horror of a ship on fire, the catastrophic blast of the magazines going of!

Your enjoyment of that game (probably evidenced by the amount of dribble on the keyboard) is all that I need to keep me happy.

yeah i agree with you navyfield 2 or 3 should be more iN 3d like battlestations and change the battle style cuz if you do something same but with different graphics is more of same shit and believe or not you will tired of this game soon its pretty sad but that is the reality in fact the BATTLE STYLE and graphics should be totally changed its necessary for be sucessful MMOG personally is pretty tired for me enter and enter to many rooms with the same emotion or they are gonna become navifield2 in a WOT? how boring!!

HOW selfish! i have to remember you that not all ppl like you have a alienware or pc`s of high graphics with pixel shader 4.0 or things like you are thinking im not agree with you the game should be for 64 to 256mb of graphic videocard who has a nice videocard that put on high graphics and some more important A REAL GAMEPLAY CHANGE! no more rooms no more wait PLZ!

A few things:
That is the worst grammar I have ever seen.
I would not play NavyFIELD 2 if it had the same gameplay as a certain pacific oriented naval combat game.
I highly enjoy NF gameplay, the only thing i dislike is the same map is played every single game.
Is this your first forum post or something? You have made it TOO easy to be shot down.

people are spending money on nf1 will we be able to trasfer stuff over from nf1 to nf2?? if not i think people would be crushed spending hundreads of dallors on nf1 now we have to start all over?

please make a trasfer the stuff from nf1 to nf2 please.

OK Mr I have a tiny brain!

My system spec - AMD athlon 64 2GHz, 1GB Ram built in 2002! A long way off of a new games PC. So ;o) ESAD

If I have to upgrade my PC for a new game I would at least expect some decent graphics. For me this is not enough to make me buy into the new version.

Just my opinion, I think visually it looks terrible.

Instead of making the quote monster I'll just refer to things mentioned thus far. Firstly, I don't understand where this game is not 3D. It was mentioned that this game is the same top down playstyle, and the graphics are weak. In my time with the game industry, and with school, and of course basic knowledge, a 3D game is a game that renders 3D models and shaders. From the screenshots there, I would say that is what is going on here. I don't see how these graphics are 'outdated', and in my opinion are 100 times better than the graphics of the current NF client. As for game play, this is NavyField. We have our own unique game play here and that is what makes NavyField different from other naval games. If you change that, then it just wouldn't be NavyField. At the same time, improving the game play is always encouraged, and with the new game engine I would expect some things to change, or get better. As for spending money, transferring items, or getting refunds. These topics have been discussed many times before. There is no transfer, there will be no refunds. This is a new game, a new client, a new server(s), and with that a new database. Everyone will start off the same. For those that wish to continue to purchase items here on NF1, that is your choice. It will still remain operational along side NF2.
