i got 11/13 RLD gunners and at lvl96 and with 118/108 vets i still didnt reach the acc
cap. or at least i didnt reach it on the second sailor with 108 vets.
but the spread is not so good on L1, so i hope i can still gain more till the cap.

You probably reach it that you never know. L1 spread is not that good at lvl.
It only becomes obviously with lvl 110+ and 120.

elite gunners are 13/11 and 11/13, so now stop trying to convince anyone and accept the
fact that the best choice is 13/11 classed reload to hit rld cap in the late 70s and acc
cap in the early 80s. Because with 13/11 classed accuracy, you wont reach rld cap before
100 if not supervetted, and 11/13 classed reload makes no sense as main gunners, but does
for aa.

hmmm ok that dont make a whole bunch of sence to me.

elite sailord are +13 followed by a whole bunch of +9's
a rolled sailor at best is +12 followed by mostly +10's and one or two +9's

you want to take a +13 acc and class the +9 reload for what reason ??? you might
as well just roll a pair of 11/11 gunners or if your really lucky some 12/11 or 12/10

lol 13/9 acc gunners classed to reload sounds insane.

im not sure if you already know this but as far as uk goes, once you class them your
stuck with it, uk can only be reload or acc.

to combat this little issue i made 2 pairs -

a pair of 12/10 gunners bve acc
a pair of 10/12 gunners bve reload

if im not mistaken your 13 /9 will convert to 11 /11 base stat or am i getting it all
wrong ??? i always thought the reason paid for +13 sailors was to get that extra +1
on the all important primary base stat ??

im having conflicting thoughts, why would they sell them as elite accuracy gunners
with the intention for them to be classed as reload gunners ?? some one help me
out here please lol.

I went to uk rld elite gunner the spread will get better at 70ish the acc will take a while to rld
The spread is nice in mine qv.

Elite ACC clased as RLD of course are better.

We really should do a "NavyField mythbusters", people trend to belive anything they find
"weird", its like "oh i had a restorer on board and i could hold a monty shot and stay alive! so
restorers are uberwtfpwneage and everyone is wrong!"... We have made the tests on a
cientific method base to prove this stuff.

So you can either belive the ppl that have "studied" and tested the things or you can belive
the people that relays on "oh i feel it this way or i feel it", your call OPer.
