It is a fairly good decision.

yea he should buy elite acc gunners then and class them as reload, that should
give him a reasonable 12/12 or there abouts on both stat then boost them for
a bit more adn they would be epic gunners with say 150+ vetts and full
experts.

More the opposite, lvl 120 Elite Accuracy accuracy gunners here on my friend account
haven't even reach the reload cap. 118 vets max experts and boosted.

With reload gunners depending on the base, you would reach the reload cap in the 80-90 and
start hitting accuracy cap/lvl in the 70-90.

Not even cap yet.

your dunk is easy to set up, its a nice speedy little bb thats easy to use and aim
with, it has a nice low angle of fire so raseing and lowering the angle is straight
forward and it has a collosal range for its teir. the qaud 13" are not th emost
powerfull but they do reload pretty quick too as far as bb guns go.

keep the ship light and strip of that remium AA add a littledeck armour and dont
forget your engineers and repairers. take a scout, you.ll need it cause your bo is
going to let you down as far as sight range goes. you might to boost and vett your
bo. when i played my pbb my gun lines where farther than i could see meaning i had
no idea wheere m,y shells where landing mainly cause i screwed my bo up when i
first started playing. but now i have a nice new bo and its a +16 :) bve

the dunk is a fairly manouverable ship with ok top speed. make use of it. it can
almost fire directly behind too so running and gunning is a great option.

1 - get a 2nd BO
2 - add more crew, you need total of 14(BO included) for a BB6(2nd BO NOT
INCLUDED no need)
3 - lvl with Revange, once your crew is lvl 62 and your BO can use QE, USE IT
4 - use your main gunners on BOTH BO's, they should be 10-15 lvl's ABOVE your BO
so you have a decent spread with at lvl ships.
5 - plan ahead....rather be slow and lvl decent crew, then fast with sucky or no crew
at all -.-
6 - once ther is a conversion event, try and get 200 vets on your main gunners

I'm not sure what you are asking? Your main focus should be on leveling the support crew.
In fact, since your gunners are now @ lvl 63, they should be much better on the Revenge
than they were previously. That is your fastest path to leveling them.

If you are leveling AA gunners, you should keep your supports on those ships as much as
possible as well. Using the Sirius, you will be getting about 98% experience since your sailors
are 10 levels ahead. Don't worry about your gunners/BO. They will level alongside your
supports, just more slowly.

The best choice is acc elite classed reload, but rld elite classed acc will cap rld near 90.

I see you don't have a scout. GET A SCOUT YOU M...N. BBs with no scouts are not allowed to
talk about teamplay and ask sight to CVs, never. (exepted nelson of course)

Your problem is you have very low lvl crew in a battleship = you are food.
You should start a 2nd BO so your supports can reach your first BO level, and you will
start to enjoy playing.
