ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE GUYS... just keep grinding and things will get better. But
@ the lack of at level testing, thats pretty dropping the ball. But decent spread
would totally op the race, since nobody cept the british really have it

The spread really tightened up between lv 74 and 78. Weird.

Elite gunners or not, capped gunners are capped gunners. Things need to be balanced
considering capped crew.

"Elites should give you an advantage, but having average stuff should
still be playable."

Get enough people using the advantage and the norm shifts. You can't have a game where you
pay for advantages and not have this scenario. There would need to be very little options
to buy or be foolishly expensive.

If I were to take my gunners to a BB2 of any of the original nations, I would have a much
much better spread, balancing ships based on everyone having elites atlevel isn't really
the way it should be. Elites should give you an advantage, but having average stuff should
still be playable.

Anyway, I guess ill just get the IM in the next few days, life should be good then.

I would imagine those gunners are capped or close to it now anyway so elite is even an
issue anymore. You should know that the only benefits elite gunners give are capping
earlier. Anyway that spread looks similar to my spread on a Prinz with 8" and level 110
gunners.

"Also your using elite BVE gunners, not everyone has that kind of
money to put into their crew."

And now you know why your spread isn't as good.

Did I mention that those normandie gunners are yellow gunners?

Thats just one shot. Also your using elite BVE gunners, not everyone has that kind of
money to put into their crew.

I might get a spread closeish to yours maybe once every 20 shots with 12/10 boosted
gunners lv 75 with 60 vets and like 350 experts. Its pretty hard to hit anything smaller
than a BB5 with more than 1 or 2 shells per salvo.

Gangut Spread

Spread looks fine to me.

aah, no tests with at level crews...FUNNY, for BBs and CVs...no tests with at level crew

for SSs-no tests with 120 crews...something smells here...id call that as guide "how to make
fucking OP subs and than saying everything is all right"

btw. Gangut spread sucks with level 70 BVE gunners, just as its speed sucks, basically its another
ship after BC1(Holy cow, you CANT CALL THAT A BC1 when its a joke) to persuade people into
buying PBB...maybe it would be playable in BB12 battle.Dunno, no one hosted any of these and I
dont have time to sit 1-2 hours in a room alone.

But in GBs, low tier BBs has only 1 chance to make attack.Be faster or same speed as bigger BBs
to be able close on range).Seriously, when I bought Gangut and loaded it with guns, ammo and
crew(no armor of course), it did 24/35, which for sure can go up to 24/40(with high level, but that
doesnt matter, you want usable ship at level you are, not after you have 2-3 tiers higher ships-or
maybe its just me that I will not be playing in BB2s when Ill have level for BB5 just becuase at this
point, it will maybe go 40knots-dont think so because of crew weight of course).Making ships with
no range, no speed and no maneuverability when only played mode is GB2 makes no sense. Most
of smaller BBs can do at least 38 or so at level with average reasonably chosen crew.

Right now, its just a targetting practice for bigger BBs.
