-Unclassed sailors got more exp then BOs
-You can level multiple BOs at once
-You can skip ships you dont want to play

You think 14 levels delaying is good to gain more acc before classing as rld or are 14 lvls
too much ?

And, on the other hand, with some delays tweak, you can turn your reload uk gunners to hit
the accuracy cap sooner and have him hit the reload cap slightly later than conventional
classing.

The pros for delay classing allows you to have, lighter gunner, allows you to trim much
more for someone crew management freak.


That being said, it is simple to say, and complicated to do. If you fail to do it, then
your gunners might be screwed.
Only do when you are sure .

I have tried power lvling BOs many times from the beginning it was simply because im
lazy but then i realized how stupid it is. I have dissmised most of them as they are
unusable. The only one i got left is a MN bo that i power lvld to 40 but he can spot
shells now at lvl 67 so i kept him.

Power lvling bad idea. Besides you would waste precious engineer/scout space.

Subs and CVs don't need to spot shells so their BOs can be power leveled without
much harm. You shouldn't for BBs
