Great Idea !!!!

I burned out a my first scout when it reached an upper level. Burned because it loose it
큦 ability to use recon planes.

That큦 also something that doesn큧 fit and NF must fix. Some examples:
Gunners can operatate naval guns from LVL 1 to their level
BO can operate in ship that he used during his career
Why a fighter pilot can큧 use a recon plane?

Here is my suggestion for lvl 80 Recon pilot they then can be further promoted between 3
specialised roles. Advance Recon, Fighter-recon and ASW-recon

Advance Recon: Visual Sight Range is greatly increased. Also has the greatest speed and
flight-time. However Advance Recon planes can not attack

Fighter Recon: Attack and speed are greatly increased giving the recon plane capability of
at least a tier 1 fighter. However flight-time and speed are less than that of Advance
Recon. Also has the shortest sight-range. This works best with the Japanese A6M2-N Type 2
and the tier 5 recons

ASW Recon: Used against subs by dropping either sonobuoy which revels the location any
submerged submarine within range of sonarbuoy, or depth charges which allow the plane to
actually attack the sub. However the ASW Recon has the shortest flight-time and is the
slowest of the Recon pilots

Tweek the scouts, have a fast scout family that can out run fighters, and a semi fighter
family scouts that can kill lower level scouts.

I know its old, but if this gets implemented we need to be keeping the planes we
have now, tweaking the ones needed to fit the criteria above with the defense and
attack.
