Anyone know what the max OH speed is for the sn sevast ?

28/44 atm with 4xlvl 76 engys , curious how much faster it'll go.

I am using a lvl 112 crew on my USN Seva, and it just goes 42kn. I would have to drop
sailots to make it go 44kn. Crew on testserver seems to be pretty light.

What is the window you refer to V2C? When I was on the test server, the USN seva
went 44 with 120 crew.

There is a small window for USN seva to go 44 knots. Why is it that a nation whos ships
are supposed to be slower goes faster? Especially with such a lowbie crew?
