Anyone know what the max OH speed is for the sn sevast ?
28/44 atm with 4xlvl 76 engys , curious how much faster it'll go.

Max OH speed is 1,7 times bases speed, rounded down.
So 21/35, 22/37 etc.
Thought testers would know that.

sn seva is insane fast and i dont know why. Isnt it the same ship as usn seva which goes
just 25/42 with very good engys
