I dont believe anyone said it was illegal in the first place, thing is you took a harbor
without earning it, and hence the agreement between your fleet ldr and EOMs this
agreement should have stand and didnt, you took it upon yourselves to go
against the agreement without even a word to EOM that you chose to do so, there
for EOM come prepaired to just retake the harbor per agreement with limited forces
and you took advantage of it

you can try to justify it all you want, COH is in the wrong here 100%, now all you
have done is left a bad taste in everyone mouth on kaiser that your a fleet that
dosent honor its words, and will take what it can by decieving its way to it

they all "crashed".
After speaking with mods, turned out they said that the win was legal. Next question was
that if harbour was or was not meant to be defended after all this broken thing.
They said it was legal to defend it. So it was defended.

Lets hope everything turns well.

Sorry for being a bit late, but Vick has just informed me about this. I was sick in bed
and so was unable to watch over the IJN Harbor Assault this morning. Apologies
generalsjg for that, it appears that I was needed.

I have posted on the Fleet leader forum and would ask the COH leadership to read
this at the earliest opportunity.

I am disappointed that the agreement could not be kept, but to clarify; this was an
agreement between nsba and generalsjg. I facilitated it when the original HA went
wrong and nsba offered this solution. Moreover, I clarified it during midweek with a
member of COH. I note that nsba has not commented yet, and so I shall be
messaging generalsjg and nsba suggesting that they speak with eachother,
because I am wondering whether nsba was actually there this morning.

This is just me but I have seen people be mature and actually work together.

If Fleet X said they were going to just hand it back the next week than they didn't,
surprise surprise, the Fleet Leader is a internet tough guy. However, as soon as Fleet Y
attacked next week to a defended harbour, why not just cancel the assault?

And on the other hand, mods allowed the defense of the harbour no matter what, since the
victory was a valid one.
